Turn Around Time

Our current turnaround time is 7-9 business days. This time frame does not include shipping time. During the holiday season, shipping time is 9-11 business days.

Shipping

Once your package is handed over to the shipping company, Cix Creations is no longer liable. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or packages that are held. We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping information, stolen packages, delayed shipping and missed deliveries. Should you have and issues with shipping please contact the shipping carrier IMMEDIATELY.

Please understand that once we drop off your package to the shipping carrier, we are transferring ownership to the shipping carrier.
